Boundary Club

President: Graham Gooch OBE

The Essex Boundary Club is the official supporters’ organisation of Essex Cricket and was formed in 1995 when the Supporters’ Association and Supporters’ Club amalgamated.

We have two main objectives – a membership base with facilities and social events plus a fundraising arm to provide money for junior cricket in the county of Essex via the Under-16 Matchplay competition and the Graham Gooch Academy Scholarship.

In addition we have donated monies to the Essex Cricket for capital projects including permanent floodlights, First Aid Centre, Boundary Club Corner Snack Bar, Pavilion and ground seating refurbishment and, most recently, a Library and Museum in the memory of the late Peter Edwards and the Ground Development Fund.
