FRIENDS PROVIDENT TROPHY v SUSSEX - MONDAY 26 MAY
The Essex Boundary Club are organising a coach to the Friends Provident Trophy match against Sussex at Hastings on Monday 26th May.
Our executive coach will leave The Ford County Ground, Chelmsford at 08.00hrs and make pick ups at Romford 08.15hrs and Gants Hill (Network Q) at 08.30hrs.
The cost to Essex Boundary Club members is £22.50.
Non members are welcome at a surcharge of £4 per head

THE 2008 SEASON
Looking ahead to the 2008 cricket season, The Essex Boundary Club have organised four day package trips for Essex’s LV County Championship matches against Worcestershire and Glamorgan.
Details are as follows:-
Friday 30th May to Monday 2nd June
Worcestershire v Essex at New Road.
Staying at the Copthorne Hotel, Dudley which is approximately 12 miles from the cricket ground. The hotel is superbly located alongside a canal with restaurants/bars and within five minutes walking distance to the Merry Hill Shopping Centre – something for everyone!
Friday 11th to Monday 14th July
Glamorgan v Essex at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.
Staying at the Holiday Inn, Newport. The hotel has every facility and is just over half an hour’s coach journey to the cricket ground.
Our tour operator is Crusader Holidays and they will provide all coach journey to and from The Ford County Ground, Chelmsford and between the hotel and cricket grounds each day. The cost for three nights bed and breakfast plus all travel is £250 per person based on two people sharing with a single room supplement of £15 per night (£295).

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE:
Marquees :
Approximately 25 marquee days are scheduled during each season.
Complimentary Tickets :
Each member receives one ticket for a home Championship match and one for a one day League (non-floodlit) Cup game.
EBC Times :
This popular home matchday newsletter is free to members and can be collected from the EBC office or marquee on match days or you can have copies posted to your address at a cost of £6 for the season.
2008 Diary :
Boundary Club diary at the special rate of £6.50.
Coaches :
Coaches are organised to all away League and one-day Cup games at a discount rates for members.
Social events :
There is an annual Quiz Night, Early Season Lunch at the County Ground, Barbecue during Southend Festival, two City Lunches and a monthly Sunday Lunch Club. In addition, this year, we have organised a trip to Ostend and a race day at Newmarket.
