VOLUNTEER

Women & Girls Assistant Required

Essex County Cricket Board are looking to recruit a Volunteer Women and Girls Cricket Development Assistant to work alongside the Women and Girls Development Officer, assisting in the development, improvement and sustainability of women and girl’s cricket in the County.

This is an exciting time for Women and Girls Cricket in the County, the Women’s 1st X1 have just been promoted into the top flight of Women’s County Cricket. The County are again due to host an England Women’s match; women and girls clubs are developing throughout the County which means more meaningful competitive cricket needs to be organized for these teams.

Although this is an unpaid volunteer role due to the type of work undertaken the successful applicant will be required to hold a current Full Enhanced C.R.B.
