The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has launched a new form of cricket to encourage more adults to play the game....Which can be played anywhere at any time!

So, if you or your colleagues have never played or lost touch with cricket this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go and get playing!

It doesn’t matter how many is in your team, or the length of time you have, Easy Cricket can be played with any number of players for as long as you wish!

Essex County Cricket Board (ECCB) is running an Easy Cricket Activators Course FREE of charge to those who wish to become a Cricket Activator for their Company/College or University and fellow colleagues. The 1 hour course will give you all the tools needed to start your own cricket sessions whether it’s at lunchtime with 20 individuals or just 6 colleagues on a Friday evening for 30mins.

The course is being held at The Essex Auto Group Graham Gooch Cricket Centre on Thursday 12th January 2012.

Companies – 1200 – 1300
College /University – 1300 - 1400

Once you're registered as a Cricket Activator and have received your Easy Cricket kit, all you'll need to do is submit a monthly record detailing the number of sessions and the number of people that have attended those sessions. In return for your efforts and hard work, ECCB will reward you with a variety gifts.
