Twenty20 cricket has become hugely popular in recent years. Following England’s capture of the ICC World Twenty20 and the expanded Twenty20 domestic competition excitement is growing.


The NEW Friends Provident t20 will see Essex Eagles play 16 group games, 8 away and 8 at the Ford County Ground, Chelmsford. The action runs from Wednesday 2nd June – Sunday 18th July. We have some HUGE STARS at Essex – Ravi Bopara, Alastair Cook, James Foster, Graham Napier, Ryan ten Doeschate and Grant Flower PLUS overseas stars of Danish Kaneria and NEW signing, Scott Styris!

We are urging all supporters to enjoy the family atmosphere that can be savoured at the Ford County Ground this summer! See you there.

    Friday 2nd July – Pakistan
