In August 2012 we have our first 'Chelmsford Cricket Festival' at The Ford County Ground.
In the height of the sporting summer, five days of cricket await as the backdrop for this week of family fun.
Essex welcome Leicestershire in the LV= County Championship before both teams swap their whites for colours at the climax of the festive week in the Clydesdale Bank 40.
- 5 Day Rover - take advantage of watching all 5 days of the Chelmsford Festival for only £25.
- Family Ticket - A family of 4 can view a day's cricket for only £20 on any day of the Chelmsford Festival.
Chelmsford Festival Week - New for 2012
During the week there will be plenty on offer from face painters to competitions plus the chance for the children to practice their cricketing skills or to pick a bat & ball up for the first time.
Tickets for this week will be on sale from 10am on Thursday 1st December.

Colchester Cricket Festival
The popular Colchester Cricket Festival takes place in the middle of the school summer holidays. With the picture postcard backdrop of Castle Park we once again expect record crowds for all five days of this festival.
The Festival gets underway on Wednesday 15th August when Glamorgan, our Welsh counterparts visit Colchester in the LV= County Championship...
We're going orange on Sunday 19th when the Netherlands travel overseas in the latter stages of the Clydesdale Bank 40 – this will be a crucial time of the competition when Foster's squad will be looking to put themselves on 'The Road to Lord's!'
