Notification of 2026 Annual General Meeting

The next Annual General Meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday 20 July 2026, in The Doug Insole Pavilion at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground. The meeting will cover the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

The full notification can be viewed by clicking the button below. Supporting documentation will be posted here when it is available. Members' will also receive an e-mail notification if details are held on file and you are opted-in to receive communications.

Join the Board

Applications to join the Board are currently closed. Applications to be considered prior to the 2027 Annual General Meeting should be received by no later than 31 December 2026. Applications will open at the conclusion of the 2026 season.

We expect the 2027 Annual General Meeting to take place no later than 31 May 2027.

Join the Members' Commitee

Applications to join the Members' Committee are currently closed. Applications to be considered prior to the 2027 Annual General Meeting should be received by no later than 31 December 2026. Applications will open at the conclusion of the 2026 season. 

We expect the 2027 Annual General Meeting to take place no later than 31 May 2027.

2025 Annual General Meeting

The last Annual General Meeting took place on Wednesday 19 November 2025. This AGM covered the financial year ending 31 December 2024. Minutes of this meeting will not be approved until the evening of the 2026 AGM. The provisional minutes for this meeting are published above.
